I didn't get the email with my tickets
Tickets arrive a few minutes after payment from SetCasablanca (noreply@guestmanager.com). Check spam and promotions, or skip the email: sign in above and download them directly.
I bought for friends or family
Sign in, open the ticket and choose Transfer to send it to their email, or Update details to put it in their name.
Which email do I sign in with?
The same email you entered at checkout. If you don't remember which one, search your inboxes for "SetCasablanca".
Can I show my ticket from my phone?
Yes. Show the QR code from your wallet, the PDF or a screenshot. Each QR code is valid for one entry, so don't share it publicly.
